At Sarasota Pain Management Clinic, we specialize in the treatment of Chronic Intractable Pain Syndromes. You must be at least 25 years old to see a doctor, have a  recent MRI ( no older then 24 months) , and  be a Florida resident that lives within 60 miles of the clinic with a Florida ID. Also, if you have a pharmacy printout of medications you have been taking  as well as medical records, charts and notes from prior Doctor for the past 2 years. The first visit is $250 and follow-up visits (scheduled every 4 weeks) are $225. We will be accepting several Insurance plans beginning 8-1-2011.
