At Sarasota Pain Management Clinic, we specialize in treating chronic pain through the use of pain medication. You must be at least 25 years old to see a doctor, have a  recent MRI ( no older then 24 months) , and  be a Florida resident that lives within 60 miles of the clinic with a Florida ID. Also, if you have a pharmacy printout of medications you have been taking it would be helpful. The first visit is $225 and follow-up visits (scheduled every 4 weeks) are $165.
